Michael Clayton
Film review by: Witney Seibold
Michael Clayton is a “fixer” for one of the biggest and richest law firms in New York City. Whenever a lawyer or high-profile defendant does something stupid – a hit-and-run accident, a visit to a prostitute, a barfight, etc. – Clayton is asked to come in a clean up the mess. He hires off-site lawyers, keeps the offender calm, and generally uses his smarts and connections within the law-world (he was once an attorney himself) to keep things neat for his bosses.
